Xander commenced his career as a Public Prosecutor at the Johannesburg Magistrates Court. He then briefly ventured into the corporate sector, whereafter he completed articles to practice law. He is a founding Director of Wehncke Parsons Inc. His expertise spans general litigation, criminal and delictual law, with a specialisation in dispute resolution, workplace discipline, and a wide range of employment-related matters, including discrimination, restraints of trade, corporate restructuring, and executive disputes. Besides being a practising Attorney, he is a Part-time Commissioner of the CCMA and Bargaining Council Panellist. He also presides as a Private Arbitrator and Mediator on the General Commercial Panel of AFSA and on the Employment, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Panels of Tokiso Dispute Settlement (Pty) Ltd. Periodically, he acts as a Judge of the Labour Court of South Africa.

Pieter commenced his career with the Department of Justice at the Benoni Magistrates Court. He then took up employment in the Banking Sector, where he held various positions over a 14-year period. He left to pursue a career in law and, for many years, headed one of the best-known firms in Kempton Park. He subsequently co-founded Wehncke Parsons Inc., where he serves as a Director. Pieter is an Attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from UNISA and a Certificate in Advanced Labour Law from the University of Pretoria. He has vast experience in Banking, Criminal, Labour, Family, and Civil Law. He is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa and frequently appears in all Courts of Law and Statutory Tribunals.

Adriette practised as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa before joining the academia in 2000. Until 2020, she held a full Professorship in Labour Law at UNISA. As a Labour and Social Security Law expert, she presented numerous papers at national and international conferences and published widely in accredited academic journals. She co-authored various textbooks and is still a Part-time Lecturer at various top universities. She is an NRF-rated Researcher and an External Promoter for LLM and LLD students at UNISA. She is also an External Examiner for the University of Pretoria and the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.

For almost ten years, Francis practised as an Advocate of the Pretoria Bar, specialising in all aspects of Civil Litigation – drafting pleadings and affidavits, arguing opposed motions, conducting trials, arguing appeals, etc. He subsequently joined his brother’s law firm as an Attorney and Conveyancer. Five years later, he entered the corporate sphere, where he worked as Counsel on the notorious Gautrain Project and, after that, for a significant player in the Liquor Industry. In 2023, he returned to legal practice and currently heads up the Civil Litigation Department at Wehncke & Parsons Attorneys. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Pretoria. He is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.

Mariska has extensive experience in Commercial/Corporate law, specifically focusing on the Private Equity industry and other General Commercial work. Her expertise includes Trust & Estate Administration and Curatorship. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law (with distinction) from North-West University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from UNISA. The latter was obtained whilst working full-time in legal practice. Over the years, she also attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Rescue through UNISA. She attended numerous Short Courses, amongst others, in the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Commercial Law, Estates, Indigenous/Customary Law, and Trusts. She served on the Golden Triangle Chamber of Commerce, first as a Legal Executive and then as a Youth Chamber Executive. She is currently the President of BNI (Business Networking Initiative), The Firm Branch. She is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa and the Golden Key International Honors Society.

Ziego has vast experience in General Litigation, particularly Legal Administration. Currently, he serves as Office Manager pending his admission as an Attorney. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from UNISA.
