Xander is a practising Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and the founding Director of Wehncke Parsons Inc., a firm focused on labour, criminal, and commercial matters. He began his career as a Public Prosecutor at the Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court before moving into the corporate sphere and later completing his articles to qualify as an attorney. He holds an LLB, an LLM in Labour Law, two Postgraduate Diplomas, and advanced certificates in dispute resolution. He serves as a Part-time Commissioner of the CCMA, sits on several Bargaining Council panels, and acts as a private Arbitrator and Mediator. He is accredited on the General Commercial Panel of AFSA and Tokiso’s specialist panels. His work centres on litigation, dispute resolution, workplace discipline, and complex employment law. He is a member of the Legal Practice Council, SASLAW, and the Golden Key International Honour Society. He also periodically serves as an Acting Judge of the Labour Court
